Booking and Cancellation
Please give 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, as this allows other clients to have the opportunity to be put into the schedule. Upon reservation, credit card information will be required. All services require a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the total service cost (this fee will go towards your payment). No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your reservation fee, or you being charged for the service that was to be performed.
Late Arrivals
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call or text to let me know. I will call 5-10 minutes into the scheduled start time, but if I am not able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time or you may be asked to reschedule. I cannot create beautiful hair if I’m rushed, quality work takes quality time and I cannot run late for my next guest’s appointment.
Wigs and Extensions
Wig and extension suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges on purchased hair, sales are final.
Refunds
I stand by my services and my goal is to do everything to ensure your satisfaction. If you should require any type of correction to your hair service, please notify me promptly. Any corrective service must be scheduled and completed within seven (7) days of your initial appointment. Corrections made must be on the original look communicated, there will be no charge for minor alterations, but for example if you desire a completely different look than the original agreed upon look, that will be considered another service and charges may apply. No refunds will be offered.
No Children
Only children receiving service are permitted (specified in lease terms). Space is limited and there are potentially dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, hot irons, etc.
